That is why we’ve created our first Cedar Rapids Moms Blog Community Group: Cedar Rapids Fit Mamas!! This group is for mamas who are interested in fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Women of all fitness levels, body types, and abilities are welcome to share tips, ideas, recipes, and encouragement with one another!
