My husband and I just recently purchased our first home and that in itself can be very intimidating. When you sit back and realize all the normal upkeep that comes with owning a home it can get even more overwhelming. We want to take pride in our new home and make it look amazing, as do most homeowners. Our house is a very old home and was due for a much-needed wash.
A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and Preston when they did a house wash for me. The results were outstanding and so was their communication and friendliness. Jeff stopped by the house a few days before they came to wash the house to meet with me and do a walk-through. - Speeds up the oxidization process from the sun which in turn lowers the lifetime of the siding
- Not getting your house professionally washed often enough
- Green chunks of algae will grow on siding and gutters and the paint and color will fade all around where the algae have been
- A common mistake people make when cleaning their decks themselves is if you don’t get it clean enough, it won’t get all the algae off. Then once it is stained and sealed, it will lock in all that algae and in turn, make it almost impossible to clean it in the future.
