There will be airplanes rides and grilling hot dogs, hamburgers, and lots more!!! Once the food is ready, hang out and watch the airplanes takeoff and land. If anyone would like to take a ride in an airplane, tickets are $20 per person and any age can ride along.
STEM Family Free Night | 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. @ The Iowa Children’s Museum
Kids will take part in fun financial literacy activities including: 1. What Am I? 2. Piggy Bank, 3. Dice Game, 4. Card Probability, 5. Guess How Many, 6. Guess What’s Inside, 7. Heads or Tail. Admission is FREE to all visitors.

Annual Robins Easter Egg Hunt | 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. @ East Knoll Park, Robins
Egg hunt begins at 9:00 a.m. sharp Through a special arrangement with the City of Robins and the Easter Bunny, the Civic Club brings the annual Easter Egg Hunt along with lots of prizes and a visit by the Easter Bunny himself.
Easter Celebration at the Play Station | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. @ The Play Station
Celebrate Easter at The Play Station with fun filled activities for the whole family! At 10:15am there will be an Easter Egg hunt inside The Play Station. Doors will open at 9:45am and the Egg hunt will begin at 10:15am. (Easter Eggs will include candy, game card credits and free admission tickets). Spring Sunshine Spectacular | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. @ Cedar Rapids Public Library
Come and join us for our annual Spring Sunshine Spectacular. Play games, craft, hunt for eggs, dance and listen to seasonal stories. Our friend the Easter Bunny will be here and is ready to have his picture taken with you! It’s sure to be a fun-filled day. Free & open to the public.
Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt & Paint ‘N Plant | 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. @ Culver’s Garden Center & Greenhouse
Culver’s will be doing a scavenger hunt throughout the greenhouses, nursery, and grounds. Each child will need to find the items on their scavenger hunt list to claim their prize. Hunts will begin every hour (10:30, 11:30, 12:30, & 1:30). Each hour a new gold egg will be hidden for a grand prize. No registration required for the scavenger hunt. They will also have the Paint ‘N Plant workshop available for kids from 10:30-2:30. The workshop fee is $5.00 and includes all instruction and materials for painting and planting.
7th Annual EGG-Stravaganza Family Fun Day and Expo! | 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. @ Lindale Mall
It’s an EGG-stravaganza! Bring your Easter Baskets and come out to our 7th Annual Family Fun Day & Egg-Stravaganza with Macaroni Kid! Come out and see the Easter Bunny, enjoy unique shopping from vendors, activities & crafts for kids and fill your Easter basket “treat hunt” and much much more! Have your children bring in their Easter Basket and go on a treat hunt throughout the mall! Your kiddos will search for the Macaroni Daisy Egg receive a treat from businesses to put in their baskets. This is not an Easter Egg Hunt – we will have eggs hidden throughout the event as special finds, but this is NOT your typical Egg Hunt.
HD Youth Center Easter Egg Hunt | 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. @ NewBo City Market
The HD Youth Center Easter Egg Hunt is a springtime community tradition for youth to gather to find hidden eggs filled with candy. Since 2013, they have held their event at the NewBo City Market. This year join them as the Easter Bunny joins them to partake in all the fun! Parents and guardians are encouraged to bring their own baskets and bags. This event is frenzied, fast and free, and is open to the public.
