Imagine the Amazing: Help Your School Win $25,000 from UnityPoint Health

So, here we are. It’s back to school time with its hot mess of emotions. There’s excitement. First-day photos. New classes. Fresh backpacks and fresh starts. There’s worry. Will my kid like her teachers? Make friends? Miss the bus? Take algebra and ask me a question? Please, just no. Join dance team and cost me a fortune? And there’s the guilty pleasure of holy cow, this is what a quiet house sounds like? Who knew? It’s been so long…

It’s not all bad. But yeah, it’s an emotional swirl of bittersweet. School calendars are markers of time for a lot of us. Right before our eyes our kids turn from “babes” who can’t tie their shoes into big kids who forget to. It’s all about change. Which is why it’s the perfect time to imagine something amazing. Even more amazing than the house suddenly being clean and someone offering to cook dinner, so you can put your feet up. Let’s stay realistic here. Instead, think about something truly amazing for your kids and their school. Because for one lucky school, it’s about to happen.

Imagine the Amazing ContestUnityPoint Health has launched the Imagine the Amazing contest, which will award $25,000 this fall to a school to help its students live well. Healthier. Happier. Making a dream come true.

Your role? Just go online to unitypoint.org/ImagineTheAmazing to vote for the school you want to win. Gather your friends, rally your social clubs and vote between September 17-30. It’s that easy.

So, let’s add one more emotion to this back-to-school season: pride. Because, maybe you just made an amazing difference for your kids and school. And, as for finding someone to clean house and cook dinner, still waiting on that one.

*Rules and regulations for the contest provided here. All K-12, non-profit public and private schools within the 99 counties of Iowa and the primary counties served by UnityPoint Health in Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska and South Dakota are eligible.
