Tiny Art Show Exhibit Opening & Craft Supply Swap

Is your craft supply collection feeling a little dull? Do you have leftovers you don’t need anymore? Come swap your unused craft supplies and get inspired by what you find!

While you’re here, stop by our new Tiny Art Show and check out pieces by artists of all ages from our community! You can stop by the Downtown Library from now until the end of February to see all of these tiny masterpieces.

Be a part of the Tiny Art Show at the library! Original art by members of the community will be on display in the Skywalk Gallery at the Downtown Library from Jan. 28-Feb 27.

To participate, register at CRLibrary.beanstack.org or download the Beanstack App and register for the Tiny Art Show. Then pick up a Tiny Art Show Kit starting Saturday, Jan. 7 and get creative! Use the supplies we provide or your own – just keep it family friendly. Registration and kits will be available while supplies last or until Jan. 26.

Bring your completed masterpiece to the library with your name on the back by Thursday, Jan. 26. After the exhibit is over, you may pick up your art until March 31.

The library will host two workshops at the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art to help get your creative juices flowing! Registration is required, and Tiny Art Show Kits will be provided at the workshops, so you do not need to register for one separately.
