STEAM Saturday: The Science of Sourdough

Join us for The Science of Sourdough with Chef Mama K of Grandma’s Root Cellar and Jennifer Bliss, STEM Consultant for the Iowa Educational Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Each student will learn how to make a sourdough starter, learn the science behind the sourdough feeding and rising, and will take a starter home with them. Demonstrations will begin at 11am and 12:30pm.
