Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: A Vision for the New

Taking time to engage in purposeful dreaming assists us with stepping into this fresh chapter with conscious innovation. We’ll ask our hearts what they long to create as we ring in 2023. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
