Culinary Class: Sourdough 201 – Jam & Bread
March 2 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Instructor Chef Mama K of Grandma’s Root Cellar (located in NewBo City Market) will teach students about the fundamentals of sourdough bread baking.
Students will also get a hands-on opportunity to learn an easy jam recipe and go home with some of the final product.
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. All attendees will receive a coupon to NewBo Beer & Wine.
