Culinary Class: Sourdough 101 – Starter & Discard
February 23 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Instructor Chef Mama K of Grandma’s Root Cellar (located in NewBo City Market) will teach students the basics of sourdough starters and discard. Students will get a hands-on opportunity to feed their own starter and learn about other things that can be made with leftover discard.
Students will get to take their jar of sourdough starter home!
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. All attendees will receive a coupon to NewBo Beer & Wine.
