In a continuation of her original “Let’s Get Saucy!” class, instructor Julie Parisi will lead a demonstration on 4 new sauces paired with pastas. In this 2.0 version, attendees will learn how to make a classic, tomato-cream vodka sauce served with penne, gnocchi in a brown butter-sage sauce, bucatini all’Amatriciana, and a kale-walnut pesto. Class participants are invited to taste each of the creations throughout the class time!
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. All ticket holders receive a coupon for NewBo Beer & Wine.
