In this hand-on class, students will learn to make ravioli, manicotti and tortellini with instructor, Julie Parisi, former owner of Zaza’s Pastas. The class will use fresh pasta dough to make three varieties of filled pasta including ravioli, manicotti, and tortellini with traditional fillings. Everyone will have a chance to try our creations! Students are encouraged to bring containers so they can take home their work.
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. Visit the Shops in the Market before your class for your dinner needs! No outside food or drinks allowed.
