Saturday, June 3, 9 a.m.–noon
Families are invited to discover what critters are living in or around the water as we celebrate the vital importance of wetlands to our ecological, economic, and social health. Our naturalist will help you identify critters and will have microscopes on hand for viewing and identifying samples as well. Iowa State University and other partnering organizations will be on site with exhibits, displays, and activities regarding water quality and conservation. Come and go from 9 a.m. – noon. This is a free family event and is open to all ages. No need to register.
