Cookies + Hot Chocolate + Shopping + Santa, yes, please!

Cookies with Santa is a wonderful morning for families and kids of all ages. From sitting on Santa’s lap to cookie decorating, coloring pictures, and shopping from local businesses, you don’t want to miss our 2nd Annual Cookies with Santa event!

Plus, we’ll have the amazing Jess Denton with monroe+co taking high-quality, professional pictures of kids/families with Santa for an additional cost. Pictures will be delivered to the families within one week following the event! Our beautiful set will be curated by Kayla at Derive Decor.

Holiday-shaped sugar cookies are made by Ciara at Carselli Sweets — and they are so delicious! We will have gluten-free cookies available upon request from Kristen’s Sweet Creations. Lastly, we’ll have our friends from Peach Cart Co. there with a hot chocolate bar!

Owner of Cedar Rapids Moms, Alyssa, grew up near Backbone State Park, and moved to Cedar Rapids over 10 years ago. Married to her best friend, Kevin;  mama to Jack, Liv, and Theo; and dog mama to Stella and Milo, life is full of chaos, busy schedules, and lots of traveling. Her Type A personality is evident through her color-coded Google Calendar and her never-ending lists. When she's not stepping on Legos, hair barrettes, or chasing the kids, you can find her cheering on the Steelers or Hawkeyes, hosting friends and family, spending time in the kitchen, or planning her next vacation.
